Communication went very smooth with Tony Zhou and i was quickly ready to order. After receiving the package i noticed it was packaged very well and at first glance eveything looked very good. Tony helped me with installing the bike via the chat. About 2 hours after delivery i made the first test run end everything worked perfectly fine. I have now been testing and driving around for about 1 week and everything still looks and works perfect! I’m happy i finally decided to order this bike because normally i’m a bit hesitant with making big purchases overseas. Overal: Customer service was very good and the product is exactly what i hoped it would be!
